Directions for use: Suggested: Mix 1 tablespoon (15 g) of Nopalina in 8 oz of water, juice or milk. Let Nopalina soak in liquid 5 to 30 minutes before drinking. Take it 2 times a day. Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of 8 oz of water daily. Storage recommendation: Refrigerate after opening. To store press air out punch and seal tightly.
