Chill well before opening. Instructions: Open: 1. Remove foil. 2. Firmly grasp metal top. 3. Keep hand on top and twist top until stopper pops from bottle. Reseal: 1. Push down on top firmly until it clicks. 2. Twist until tight. Chill well. Do not shake. Contains sulfites. Be careful! To avoid serious eye injury, point bottle away from self and others. Bottle contains high pressure which increases with warmth or shaking and may cause stopper to forcefully eject. Never use a cork remover.
