Directions for use: Recipe Suggestion: 175g jar Keralan Paste 250g chunks of cod fillet 1 small diced onion 400ml coconut milk Optional garnish: Fresh coriander, squeeze of fresh lime Method: Fry onion in the oil until soft. Add the paste, cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the coconut milk, stir and cook for 5 minutes to reduce. Add the cod fillet, cook for 10-15 minutes until the fish is fully cooked. Garnish. Storage recommendation: Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a month and by best before end date. For best before end see lid. Ambient
