Directions for use: Oven cook - From Chilled Preparation: Remove all packaging and allow to breathe for 10 minutes. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Gas 4, 180°C, Fan 160°C, 1 hour 30 mins - 1 hour 45 mins Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add cubed meat and cook for 4-5 mins until browned. Add 400ml stock, bring to the boil. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, cover and place in the oven for remaining time or until thoroughly cooked. Ensure that the meat is thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and the meat is tender. Do not reheat once cooled. Keep Refrigerated Storage recommendation: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Keep covered. Store at the bottom of the refrigerator. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month.
