When cleaning glasses, it is recommended to start with the warmest and purest water for spot reduction and to polish with a dry cloth after inverting them to allow excess water to roll off. If hard water causes a cloudy film on glasses, white alcohol vinegar can be used occasionally for clarity with no need for rinsing due to its self-evaporating property.
