Dazante Pinot Grigio White Wine (750 ml) is a 2014 Pinot Grigio known for its intensive straw yellow color and a bouquet that features tropical fruit aromas, including papaya and pineapple, alongside delicate floral notes. This wine delivers a fresh and well-balanced experience on the palate, highlighted by its excellent persistence. Originating from the historical vineyards of Burgundy, the Pinot Grigio grape was later introduced to Italy in the 1800s, where it flourished in the high-altitude regions of Trentino Alto Adige, Veneto, and Friuli Venezia Giulia. These areas provide an ideal climate that allows the grape to reach its full potential. The grapes are hand-selected and gently pressed to preserve the wine's delicate qualities, followed by a cool fermentation process and a four-month aging period in stainless steel to retain its acidity and crispness, emphasizing its character when consumed young and fresh.
