Tequila Gran Dovejo Reposado
Tequila Gran Dovejo Reposado is crafted from select single estate weber blue agave sourced from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. In the production process, the agave is cooked in traditional brick ovens, followed by milling and fermentation with champagne yeast. The tequila undergoes a double distillation in Alembic copper pot stills and is initially distilled to 49% alcohol by volume. It is then aged in bourbon casks for an average of nine months, which imbues the spirit with a warm, golden hue and enriches it with flavors of vanilla, dried fruit, and cinnamon. The final product is bottled at 40% alcohol by volume. Tequila Gran Dovejo Reposado is noted for its smooth taste, making it an excellent choice for sipping as well as for use in premium cocktails.
