Directions for use: Basic Prep: Carefully sort lentils and rinse thoroughly. Combine 1 cup lentils and 4 cups water in saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until tender, slimming foam from top if needed. Makes 3 cups cooked. Store in a cool, dry place. Cut to open. Peel back to reseal.
