Directions for use: Cooking Instructions - General Microwave but can also be heated on the hob. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Hob - From Ambient Before heating: Empty the contents into a saucepan. During heating: Stir thoroughly. Do not boil as this will impair the flavour. After heating: Check food is piping hot. To heat on the hob Moderate heat 3-4 mins Microwave - From Ambient Before heating: Empty the contents into a microwaveable dish and cover. During heating: Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue heating. After heating: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Microwave on full power 700w 3m 30s, 800w 3 mins, 900w 2m 30s Storage recommendation: For best before end: see end of can. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer unused contents to a non-metallic lidded container, refrigerate and use within 2 days.
