The juniper used in this gin is wild-harvested from the Maritime Alps near Cuneo, an area known for high mountains that contribute to the distinct flavor profile of the juniper berries through the combination of altitude and maritime climate. These berries are meticulously handpicked. Each botanical is macerated individually in triple-distilled grain alcohol and then distilled separately to create the gin before bottling, ensuring the purity and quality of its flavors.
