Directions for use: Shallow Fry - From Chilled,Remove all packaging from steaks and allow to come up to room temperature for approx. 10 minutes. Season steaks with salt and pepper.Pre-heat 1 tbsp of oil in frying pan over a high heat. Place steaks into frying pan over a high heat.Food Safety Store beef covered at the bottom of the fridge. It's safe to serve steak rare (not cooked in the middle) as long as it has been properly sealed on the outside by cooking quickly at a high temperature. Rare cook for 4 minutes.Medium cook for 6-7 minutes.Well Done cook for 8-9 minutes. Turn steaks occasionally. Once cooked allow steaks to rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.
