Directions for use: Oven Frozen Fan 180°C Cook time: - 2 hr. 35 min. Gas 6 Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove from all packaging. Place onto a baking tray. Cover loosely with foil. Cook in the middle of the oven for 2 hours 35 minutes. 1 hour into cooking time, remove foil and return to the oven for 1 hour 35 minutes. Stand for 10 minutes before carving. Storage recommendation: Keep Frozen at -18°C or Colder
