Directions for use: Oven cook - From Chilled, This product is ready to eat, but may also be eaten hot as detailed below. Oven heat from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before heating. Before heating: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
