Directions for use: Cooking Details To pan fry. Before cooking: Heat 15ml oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot add 400g of diced Chicken breast. During cooking: Pan fry for 5-6 minutes. stir regularly. Stir in the jar of sauce, simmer for 8-10 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Moderate heat. 15 mins. Storage recommendation: For best before end: see lid. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 7 days.
