Directions for use: Cooking instructions: other To Pan Fry from chilled Before Cooking: Remove all packaging. Allow steak to reach room temperature. Rub with 5ml of oil and season with a pinch of salt & pepper. Pre-heat frying pan to a high heat. During Cooking: For best results the pan must be hot. Cooking times for rare are 4 minutes, medium 6 - 7 minutes and well done 10 minutes, turning regularly. After Cooking: Allow to rest out of the pan for 2 minutes before serving. This product should be cooked until it is piping hot throughout. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Storage recommendation: Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
