"I primarily eat vegetarian/vegan. I ordered the green curry (w eggplant & organic tofu) & tom khi (coconut soup). I also added brown rice to the green curry which added a nice chewy texture. Both dishes were full of flavor & delicious. I previously ordered the garlic green beans & they were also really good & flavorful. They might consider adding some cabbage to the Tom khi soup for extra texture & veggies. I look forward to ordering from Celadon again."
