What is UberEATS?
UberEATS delivers food from your favorite local restaurants. With the new UberEATS app, you have access to a broader selection of restaurants and food. Now you can order from the full menus of your local favorites whenever you want, or get something immediately through our Instant Delivery menu of curated meals.
When is UberEATS available?
UberEATS is available from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, seven days a week. Instant Delivery is only available Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
Where is UberEATS available?
UberEATS is available throughout Los Angeles. Pop open the app to see the restaurants in your area.
Instant Delivery lunch delivery is available in the following area.
How do I start using UberEATS?
- 1. Download the app and add your delivery address.
- 2. Enter your drop-off location.
- 3. Choose between Instant Delivery or the full menus of Los Angeles’s best restaurants.
- 4. Place your order and follow along as your meal is prepared and delivered!
How much does UberEATS cost?
UberEATS offers different meals at varying prices and Instant Delivery options typically range from $8 to $12.
How do you select restaurants?
We’ve partnered with hundreds of LA's top restaurants to bring their menus to UberEATS. With Instant Delivery, we feature a daily curated selection of the most popular dishes in the city.
What if I have food allergies or want to change the order?
For most meals that you order through UberEATS, you’ll be able to add special instructions to let restaurants know about any modifications you may need. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate any changes to meals ordered through Instant Delivery as those meals are prepared ahead of time.
Do I need to tip my courier?
There's no need to tip your courier, and as with all Uber products, you’ve also got the ability to rate your experience.
What if I have a problem with my order?
We’re here to help. Once you’ve placed an order, just contact our support team from within the app and we’ll take care of your issue.
What does “Instant Delivery” mean?
Instant delivery is a curated menu of 4-5 daily specials that can be delivered to you curbside in less than 10 minutes.
Will my courier bring the meal to my door or inside my office?
At this time we ask that you meet your courier curbside for a smooth delivery.
