Heat 1 x 15ml (1 tablespoon) of oil in a wok or large frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add chicken and stir fry continuously. Storage recommendation: Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Use within 24 hours of opening. Do not exceed the date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
