Directions

Directions for use: Shallow Fry - From Chilled High Heat. Remove the steaks from the packaging and place onto a large plate. Allow to come up to room temperature, approx. 10 minutes. Pre-heat frying pan. Lightly season the steaks with salt and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan, place the steaks into the pan. Tum every 2 minutes. Rare cook for 4-6 minutes. Medium cook for 6-8 minutes. Well Done cook for 8+ minutes. During the last minute of cooking, add a knob of butter to the pan (optional). Allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving. Cooking times will vary depending on the size and thickness of the steak. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only, Suitable for Home Freezing Keep Refrigerated Storage recommendation: Home Freezing Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost overnight in a refrigerator. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use within 24 hours. Keep in the fridge and eat within 24 hours of opening. Don't exceed the Use By date.
