  • To Eat

    • $20 Staff Gratuity!
We understand that ordering in is expensive and that there are a lot of associated fees. If you're willing/able to contribute - thank you!
    • Eggplant Parm 'à la Doubledown'
A traditional eggplant parm topped with quinoa-breaded eggplant rounds for that satisfying crunch. Served with a thicc piece of Blackbird Bakery garlic bread. Please Note! We do not send disposable cutlery. So wasteful!
    • Korean Fried Chicken
A large piece (or two medium-sized) of double deep-fried, deboned chicken leg with gochujang-ginger sauce, steamed rice, creamy cabbage slaw. We let you sauce it yourself so the fry doesn't get soggy!
    • Mega Mac! w. Fries
A larger version of our traditional Sunday special (a small version of the big hamburger sandwich you know and love) but made...larger! Single patty cooked to medium (read: a bit pink), actual cheddar and the traditional fixings - on a sesame-flecked Martin's potato roll. Served with french fried potatoes!
    • Reuben Sandwich w. Fries
Twice our regular snack portion: house smoked meat, ‘le 1608’ cheese from Laiterie Charlevoix, sauerkraut, Russian dressing, rye toast. Please Note! We do not send disposable cutlery. So wasteful!
    • Fried Chicken Caesar
Together at last! deboned crunchy leg spiced with our secret blend of herbs and spices (jk it's oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, s+p) delivered separate from the salad so it doesn't get all wilty. The salad comes partially dressed so it doesn't sog up, with a second container of dressing on the side so you can go hog wild if you wish - croutons but no bacon. Please note! We do not provide disposable cutlery. So wasteful! Don't be a wasteman!
    • Half Dozen Oysters, Shucked!
They're 'choice' in size so pretty medium, served with traditional mignonette, horseradish and lemon wedges. Come shucked and stuffed in crushed ice with the tops pressed back on - secured for safe passage!
    • One Dozen Oysters, Shucked!
'Choice' in size so pretty medium, served with traditional mignonette, horseradish and lemon wedges. Come shucked and stuffed in crushed ice with the tops pressed back on - secured for safe passage!
    • Caesar Salad
You know the one. Little anchovy, little egg yolk, lotsa garlic, some parm and croutons on top. This size is like two large handfuls of romaine. Comes with croutons but no bacon. Please note! We don't send disposable cutlery.

    • Falesco Est! Est!! Est!!! Trebbiano Blend, Lazio
A crispy, cold, clean aperifif made mostly from trebbiano, with some malvasia and rosetto to round it out. All the details can be found @416winelist, bottle #43.
    • NCTW ‘Underground Series’ Gewurztraminer, Niagara
#160 on @416winelist: The lowdown: this wine, if it were not from a teaching winery from Niagara College, would be at least double the price. We had one very similar gewürtz from Alsace not long ago that was triple the price! And while we still love that one, this one is a) local, b) feels like a secret we should keep on the DL and c) is just really nicely made, complex, gewürtz - fermented fully dry. It spent seven weeks buried in clay vessels (aka ‘qvevri’) on its skins, and the result is a really rosy, honeyed nose; citrus peel, cardamom and white pepper on the palate. It’s got decent acidity and definitely a bit of grip. Arguably one of the more complex bottlings, for the price, you’re likely every going to find in our market.
    • Laurent Miquel 'Vendages Nocturnes' Grenache/Syrah, Languedoc
#48 on @416winelist - grenache_blend, medium_bodied and_crushable. this is some nice_juice from a nice place (shout out @grapewitches™️). mostly_grenache with some_syrah to boost it up, its juicy and elegant and not too serious at all - just nice_wine. it’s name derives from monsieur miquel’s practice of harvesting strictly at night; he’s an 8th generation_winemaker in the languedoc - just a hop, skip and a jump if you ever find yourself sur le pont d’avignon. swipe right to see just how nice the place is, and m. miquel himself!
  • Cider/Beer

    • Coat Albret Cidre Brut
From rural Northern France, tastes like a funky lil barnyard and winter spice.
