      Smoked then crisped, served with Apple Slaw and Garlic Dill Aioli. Choice of classic Dry Rub or Buffalo Hot (+$1).

      Smoked Whole Chicken grilled with choice of sauce (Spicy Piri, Peruvian Pepper, Chimichurri or BBQ), Full rack of Baby Back Ribs, 2 house-made Smoked Sausages (Jalapeno & Cheddar or Brisket Beef), Brussels Sprouts, Fresh-cut Fries, Baked Beans, Apple Slaw, Mac & Cheese and Corn Bread. All meats are seasoned, prepped, and smoked in house. Feeds 4.

      Pulled pork tossed Carolina BBQ sauce, served on a fresh bun with made-to-order apple slaw served on the side for topping. BBQ meats are smoked low and slow in our 1200 lb Southern pride smoker. Served a la carte.
    • Bacon Cheeseburger
      STACK Burger topped with crispy bacon and cheddar cheese. Burgers are ground on-site with brisket and chuck. Cooked to medium well on our flat top grill and served on butter brushed buns.
    • Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
      Fried Chicken Breast tossed with Buffalo Butter, garnished with Garlic Dill Aioli, Lettuce and Tomato.
    • Nashville Hot Chicken
      Buttermilk Fried Chicken Thigh. Served with Texas Toast & Pickles. Includes Pickles & Slaw.
