As such, these flavours DO contain a very small percentage of nuts (more than just traces). However, please note - our factory does process peanuts and tree nuts in other machinery, therefore ALL flavours (including sorbets) MAY potentially contain traces of nuts. Alcohol in our gelato - Flavours indicated with A ** contain Heilala pure vanilla extract. The vanilla extract contains water (65%) and Alcohol (35%). The amount used in our products is minimal, thus considered safe for children to consume. However it is not suitable for those who cannot consume alcohol for religious or other beliefs.
