However, due to safety reasons, we are not allowed to deliver this meal to your destination with a boiling hot and ready-to-eat broth. When receiving this Pho noodle soup, please follow the instructions below to get the best taste and safe-to-eat out of your food: 1. Prepare a large bowl. 2. Put the noodle in the bowl first. 3. Add your preferred choice of meat, veggies, onions, and cilantro on top of the noodle. 4. Boil the broth until boiling temperature.5. Pour the boiling broth into the bowl.6. Accessorize your meal with your preferred choice of basil, jalapeños, lemon juice, or sauces. 7. For the finishing touch, please wait for the meat to cook in the boiling broth until your preferred doneness, then stir and mix everything up until it's all blended together. 8. Soup's on. It's now ready for you to enjoy. The secret to a good Pho is the boiling and delicious broth. The traditional method is to dunk the raw eye-round steak into the boiling broth to cook it just before serving so it stays tender. However, due to food safety reason, your eye round steak will be cooked to medium rare. In special cases, eye-round steak can be requested to be delivered raw. However, please keep in mind that this comes with a risk, as raw meat cannot be kept for longer than 4 hours without refrigeration.
